- As employee benefits will enhance retention and job satisfaction, coordinate to identify the optimal benefits (such as Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans), and help implement them
- Additional retention benefits to key employees including owners, and help in establishing non-qualified plans
Business Succession
- Coordinate with owners about their vision of business continuation, and establish a plan in the event of death, disability, retirement or resignation
- If a continuation plan already exists, review the necessary documents as well have the plan reviewed by our home office team, to ensure the plan is current with their business needs and goals
- Ensure the Buy-Sell agreement is adequately funded
Coordination of Business and Personal Plan
- Help coordinate the owner's business plan with their own personal planning, such as protection, income, and retirement planning
- Ensure that the business plan is in sync with their family estate planning
